Mariam Al Marzooqi is an ACCA-certified professional with 15 years of experience across government, banking, energy, and private sectors. A Fellow of the EAAA, she is certified in IFRS, International Auditing, UAE Tax, and Climate Governance, leading IAA with strong compliance, governance, and stakeholder-focused advisory.

Pramod Dhalwani has over 30 years of international experience in Audit & Assurance in both small companies and MNCs. He is a Fellow of ICAEW and UAECA, he focuses on empowering entrepreneurs with technology, helping maintain compliance, and delivering impactful projects across the UK, Spain, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.​

Kapil Mulani is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with a Corporate Tax Diploma from ATT, UAE, and over 7 years of cross-border experience across India and the UAE. He specialises in External and Internal Audits, Corporate Tax, VAT, Income Tax, and GST, with strong expertise in Risk Evaluation and Internal Controls. Beyond his professional role, Kapil enjoys driving, music, travelling, and is currently preparing for CFA Level 1.

Rosin Sibi is a Chartered Accountant with 5 years of experience in Auditing, Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Taxation, including substantial expertise gained from working at a Big Four firm. In her personal time, she is deeply passionate about creative arts and crafts, such as metal embossing, engraving, clay modelling & traveling.​

Marc Dacalan is a Certified Public Accountant with experience in Audit and Financial Planning & Analysis. He supports UAE-based SMEs with independent Audit engagements and Financial statements prepared in line with IFRS and IAS standards, drawing on his background Auditing publicly listed Hospitality companies in the Philippines. Outside of work, Marc enjoys badminton, walking, jogging, and watching anime.

Haya Ashraf is an ACCA aspirant with UAE experience in Audit and Accounting. She holds a Master’s degree from Middlesex University Dubai and is passionate about developing her expertise in Finance, Auditing, and Financial Reporting. Beyond her professional interests, she enjoys creative activities such as origami, painting, and portrait drawing.
